Due to some exciting new initiatives, we are now looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our busy and innovative team. This role forms part of the Digital Application Support team, the team’s focus is to provide 2nd/3rd line application support alongside DevOps capabilities.
The team support a wide range of applications, external and internal websites, lead management system and back-end internal and external feeds.
Responsibilities:- Understanding the way our applications work and the value they provide to our business
- Replicating issues in live or test environments
- Engaging with our business users to understand issues and communicate workarounds and best practices
- Working with internal development teams and 3rd party suppliers to diagnose and escalate issues
You must have previous demonstrable experience working in a busy role, we require a flexible individual that can adapt to the various applications and technologies used across the business. Ability to have clear and honest communication with customers and internal teams is also key to succeeding in this role.
We are ideally looking for someone with support experience in an ITIL environment, SQL, Monitoring tools, Salesforce (or equivalent),Azure (or equivalent) and customer facing website support
