- Subject matter expert with assigned Haemonetics products. Able to lead, train, consult and support product configuration, system integration, and interface validation (ADT, LIS, Active Directory/LDAP).
- Clearly communicates, thoroughly documents, and demonstrates product implementation proficiency.
- Proficient project manager with demonstrated history of facilitating customer ownership, planning, organization and execution.
- Continuously drives process improvement in the implementation methodology. Communicates with Haemonetics project team on learnings, challenges, and customer feedback to support continuous process improvement
- Demonstrated understanding of Laboratory and technical processes.
- Demonstrates advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as it relates to Haemonetics products and best practice considerations.
- Establishes collaborative working relationships with cross-functional project teams.
- Leads multiple projects of significant scope.
- Provides team support on product implementation and customer support.
- Creates standard process and support documentation.
- Provides technical consulting and training services for Sales, Marketing and Management for the relevant products.
- Provide leadership and direction for customers and Haemonetics project team. Effective leader for all matrixed teams.
- Works closely with customer Project Manager and technical teams to execute all activities as outlined in the project plan.
- Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time utilizing time, project-and support-tracking tools.
- Provides services such as on-site or remote installation, software configuration, product support, trouble shooting of Haemonetics solution. Provides operator training for Haemonetics software.
- Provides customer implementation and go-live support as needed.
- Provides technical support to customer during planning and installation for server configuration, applications setup, interface testing, remote diagnostics and security. Identifies, analyzes, and troubleshoots client server requirements, security requirements and remote diagnotics.to support Haemonetics software installation.
- Consults/assists in the formulation of solution design and procedures and best practices for users of applications.
- Ensures complete project closure including customer acknowledgement, equipment and materials reconciliation, and transition to Customer Support.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner.
- Adheres to and follows Haemonetics policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- Implementing and supporting laboratory, medical technology or clinical solutions in healthcare
- HL7 Interface specifications and testing experience
- Demonstrated project management experience
- IT and/or software implementation experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated analytical and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with customers and team members at various levels
- Works independently with minimal supervision coupled with ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- HL7 Interface specifications and testing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including MS Project) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a regulated environment
