We are currently recruiting dedicated and motivated individuals to join our friendly and multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide our learners with an exceptional educational experience, extending their academic skills, promoting personal growth, and building their self-esteem.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering specific and targeted curriculum support, employing various strategies to help learners achieve their learning goals and foster their independence. Additionally, you will assist children and young people with the development and implementation of individual education and behavior plans, as well as support personal care programs.
While prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable, it is not a prerequisite. However, strong literacy and numeracy skills, along with effective communication abilities to engage with learners and young people with learning disabilities, are essential. A relevant qualification, such as Level 3 SSTLiS or equivalent, is required for our Level 2 Teaching Assistant position.
