Demetae Academy is an Independent Primary school in Staffordshire, based Newcastle under Lyme.
It is our belief that not one day can be wasted in a child's education, and we put the mental health and well-being of our children at the heart of everything we do. Our school is for every child, be them academically gifted or just more suited to an alternative style of education.

We are an inclusive school and a position has become available to support a new child who requires some SEN Support. There will also be a requirement to work outside in our Forest School.
Requirements:
- Have a flexible approach to working
- Have experience of working in Primary education
- Display a positive and proactive attitude to all aspects of school life
- Have experience working with children with SEND (ASD)
- Have experience working in Forest School or a willingness to train
- Displays initiative and ability to work independently
- Is enthusiastic and dynamic
- Be adaptable
- Helping to make appropriate resources to support pupils
- Be willing to undertake additional training as directed by the Headteacher
- Be committed to the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils
