We have an immediate opening for an Amazon Marketing and Analytics Specialist. The Amazon Marketing and Analytics Specialist will drive sales at Amazon through Amazon Advertising and new marketing initiatives. This role will be 100% remote and develop and execute a variety of strategies on Amazon Advertising and new marketing initiatives to maximize sales and margin for both HBB and Amazon.
Core responsibilities include:
- Drives Amazon Advertising strategy development to maximize sales while increasing profitability.
- Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leads new marketing channels for Amazon, such as affiliate programs and Amazon Live.
- Partners with social media team to drive additional traffic to Amazon.
- Actively mines data and reports insights to drive sales.
- Provides direction for analytics activities.
Requirements of the Position include:
- BA/BS degree in analytics, business, marketing, or another related field; MBA or MA in Analytics is desirable.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, digital marketing and/or marketing analytics; Understanding of the use of Amazon systems and processes - including, ARA Premium, AMG and Retail Analytics is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience working with Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising
- Expert in MS Excel (formulas, functions, conditional formatting, pivot tables)
- Strong quantitative skills, comfortable navigating a data-driven business environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- A tenacious desire to be impactful to grow the business and to learn
