We are looking for a Analyst to join our permanent team.

This is a hybrid role requiring both onsite in Warrington and some remote working.

Resulting is the UK’s leading independent ERP consultancy with a client list to die for. We work with retailers, manufacturers, government bodies, energy companies and some in industries we can’t really talk about in public.

We have clients in the UK, Europe and the US.

About The Role

The role has been designed to provide the necessary opportunities to build the appropriate skills to progress into a career within ERP.

Over the course of 2 years the role will rotate around each department within the company including: Consulting, Delivery, Operations and Marketing. This will give you a well rounded understanding of how we operate and an opportunity in each department. Being a great catalyst for us to decide where you best fit, what pathway would best suit your strengths and give you the best chance at success within Resulting.

Key responsibilities for an Analyst include:

  • Be accountable for specific tasks under the guidance of a mentor
  • Maintain standards and processes within area of assignment
  • Develop an understanding of different project methodologies and business processes
  • Begin to develop more complex analysis, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Be confident in making suggestions
  • Develop a working understanding of the technical elements of ERP systems
  • Contribute to workshops, requirement gathering sessions or any other project related work as appropriate
  • Begin to display potential in communication and interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, conceptual thinking and innovation
  • Develop and improve stakeholder management skills
  • Be responsible for documentation and other administrative tasks

You must be able to work in the UK and Europe without the need for a Visa or sponsorship. You will be happy to travel on a regular basis and be based on client sites as required.
