Administrator - Property Development - Norton Canes
Our amazing Property Developement team at Roadchef Motorway Services have an opportunity for a Administrator , working within the team at our Support Office at Norton Canes on the M6 Toll Road.
The role holder will also assist with filing of documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
The salary for this full time position is up to £23,500 depending on experience.
Our ideal candidate must have the following:
Good interpersonal skills and the ability and the confidence to communicate with others.- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to reprioritise tasks when needed.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Experience using SAP
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good IT skills and able to maximise the use of third party database systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and action budget and invoicing process in line with company procedures
- Assist with updating our internal database with requests from stakeholders, license and maintenance drawings, drainage and fire alarms
- Assist with obtaining all relevant documentation to support the payment of suppliers e.g. delivery confirmations, certification of stage of completion.
- Assist with maintaining records ensuring all work and costs associated with all work completed by the Property Development team is visible.
- Assist with the processing of non development Capital Expenditure Forms (CEAs)
- Completion of general administration for the department including B2B, general filing and maintaining data room information to support accurate and up to date recording of information
