- The court’s interim headquarters is in downtown Tampa, pending the completion of a new courthouse in downtown St. Petersburg in 2025.
EXPERIENCE:
Four years of administrative and computer-related experience. Post-high-school education or IT certifications may substitute for experience.
KNOWLEDGE
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
The user support analyst is a professional who provides technical help to users with computer difficulties by answering questions and walking users through steps to resolve issues remotely or in person. The successful candidate will demonstrate organizational and problem-solving skills in working with information technology. The user support analyst is expected to be skilled in using Microsoft 365 Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe DC. They will be responsible for installing routine hardware and software updates as directed. Other duties will include maintaining records of court property, administering the phone system, scheduling and streaming Zoom events, troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other peripherals, and supporting administrative activities such as processing travel, purchasing, and bookkeeping, as assigned. After a successful six-month training period, the position may offer occasional opportunities to work from home. The user support analyst is one of three IT staff in the organization; they work closely with each other and the administrative team, working under the general supervision of the systems administrator and chief deputy marshal.
