What will I get from my apprenticeship?
You’ll gain experience in all of the key areas of the Hotel. You’ll follow a structured program that gives you time in Housekeeping, Front of House, Food and Beverage and The Kitchen as well as opportunities to experience all other areas of the resort. After your two year apprenticeship, you’ll be well placed to apply for roles at supervisory or assistant manager level.
