Location: Bromley

Role Description:
Global Banking & Markets Anti-Money Laundering organization provides oversight for key AML deliverables, working closely with 2nd and 3rd line control functions to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the AML Program.
Reporting to the EMEA Regional Head of AML we are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive and execute AML oversight activities and to strengthen control mandate across wider EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in Leadership reporting, coordinating client refresh routines, driving non-client refresh
- You will work with local leadership and Front-Line Units to review AML progress reports
- You will further develop AML risk monitoring routines across all EMEA jurisdictions
- You will assist with the production of materials for regional Risk Routines

- You will have excellent communication with the ability to influence co-workers across global team and all levels of the organization
- You will have advanced presentation skills, able to present thoughts clearly and succinctly
- You will have effective time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high priority deliverables simultaneously
- You will understand, connect, and communicate control findings to broad strategic business objectives
Additional Skills:
- Experience of working in an Operations, Regulatory, Audit or Compliance is desirable.
- Preferred languages: Fluent in English, French is a plus.
