Work Base: Church Square House
Location: Church Square House, Scunthorpe
Salary: Grade 10: £42,504 to £46,550 per year
Hours: 37 hours plus on calls. Contracted hours are worked over a 7 day rota which includes weekend working. Week is made up of AMHP shifts and social work on other days.

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Grade 10 Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) / Senior Social Workers to work within our Adult Community and Wellbeing Teams. We currently have both full and part time vacancies available in various teams.
At North Lincolnshire, we recognise the expertise, skills and knowledge of the role and as such, AMHP/Senior Social Workers are central to the service and their teams. They work to a rota which covers 7 days and includes on call AMHP shifts. As the posts are a dual role, it is essential that you hold both the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification and a Social Work qualification and have a current registration with Social Work England.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and be able to work autonomously and as a part of supportive and dynamic teams. They will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills along with effective communication, organisational and IT skills.
