Responsible for unlocking Bose potential in maximizing customer experience, conversion rate optimization, and brand presence to achieve account growth across Amazon globally. Manage and execute activities required to launch, optimize, and maintain Bose product catalogue on Amazon.com for countries including - IT, ES, NL, SE, PL, BE, CA, and MX. Partner with internal & external creative agency to develop best in class creative to drive results.
- Responsible for uploading Imagery, bullets, product descriptions, video, and all A+ content into Vendor Central including creation of all product variations.
- Partner with in-market Amazon SVS to resolve any issues with content and actively identify unwanted content changes.
- Manage launch calendars to ensure assets are briefed & delivered for on-time PDP setup.
- Partner with Digital Marketing manager to align on identified strategy for Bose brand store in region. Responsible for brief, asset management, uploading and maintenance of the store.
- Responsible for overall catalog performance optimization on a continuous basis to improve conversion rate, SEO, & Reviews.
- Support ASIN set up during high volume times as needed
