We are currently seeking the right person to join the CCO team in the role of Procedure Writer
In this role, you will:
- Operating as a 1B line of defense, the role holder is responsible for the maintenance and publishing of CIIOM Procedures.
- To assist in ensuring all change to CIIOM services, products and procedures are coordinated with the minimal disruption to efficiencies.
- Streamline procedures where possible to ensure a more efficient way of working and to allow our front line and stakeholders to be completely customer obsessed.
- Provide SME support and guidance to business area’s that will support the delivery of an improving product offering and/or customer service.
- Ensure consistent tone of voice for CIIOM on all procedure platforms
- Providing support and guidance business areas with reference to procedures
- Ensure all CIIOM procedures have been subject to an annual review
- Working with the training team to ensure any material procedure changes are trained out to frontline teams as appropriate
- To undertake and oversee completion of BAU/Ad-hoc projects as required
- Conducting annual reviews to highlight and address any inefficiency in line with FIM requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrate business awareness and understand the environment in which the team operates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
- Ability to tailor written and verbal information to varying audiences; with excellent planning and organizing skills
- Positive commitment to the delivery of exemplary customer service
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise as necessary whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Adequate understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
