The first fully remote role (In the UK) I've had in a while!
An awesome pet wellbeing centred business are going BIG on Amazon and need someone to take full autonomy of the account and international expansion!
As the Amazon account manager you'll be inheriting their current UK and US accounts as well as looking to opening up further territories across the EU and further afield! Pet's are universally loved, so there's no reason why this can't be a universe-wide (well global) role!
The business have recently received funding to grow their business - and they're super ambitious and confident with the right people in the business they can achieve significant sales and profit growth and this is one of their key hires!
The company want to build on their culture which has taken them this far and make sure people are aligned with their values and ambitions as they take it to the next level and beyond.
This business are all about giving their staff autonomy, and specifically for this role they are looking to buy in their Amazon expertise and for this person to take full ownership and manage up!
The Successful Amazon Account Manager will have the following responsibilities
- Ownership of all things Amazon for the business
- P&L responsibility for Amazon and other Ecommerce channels
- Leading all activity on Amazon Seller Accounts for the company as well as running their PPC strategy.
- Inheriting accounts in the UK and the US with a lot of head room to grow sales and profit significantly
- Lead strategy for the channel looking for profitable growth opportunities on the Amazon platform and other ecommerce platforms globally.
- Managing PPC agency and assessing and deciding on best possible strategic direction.
The Successful Amazon Account Manager will
- Be and expert in both Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC
- Be highly analytical, ability to understand large amounts of data and turn these into actionable insights.
- Be able to combine tactical and strategic responsibilities to optimise trading on the Amazon platform with an eye both on sales growth and profit growth.
- Be able to create and optimise listings having done this on multiple occasions.
- Be super commercial, with a real ability to spot new profitable revenue streams
- Have experience of expanding Amazon accounts into PAN EU territories and further afield
- Have strong communication skills and ability to manage upwards and influence at senior leadership level.
- Have a track record of building and growing a profitable Amazon and ecommerce sales channel.
- Be a self-starter and be able to motivate themselves under their own steam and manage upwards effectively.
