Our company is seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and enhancing our company's image. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Apprenticeship:

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for conference rooms
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain a neat and organised reception area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What we are looking for:

- Confident communicator
- Able to use Microsoft Office software like Outlook, Word and Excel
- English and maths GCSE at C/4 or above is desired but not essential as we can offer functional skills level 2
Job Types: Apprenticeship, Full-time
Salary: £17,000.00 per year
