PwC is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team.
This role sits in the Campaign Management skill set as part of the Marketing Capability. This is a large multi-disciplinary team across all grades from senior manager through to executive. This team is the backbone of marketing delivery across our Platforms, Lines of Service, Regions, Industries, and Client Relationship Programmes, focusing on the development and delivery of activity that aligns to the Sales and Marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for leading, developing, delivering, tracking and measuring key integrated marketing campaigns, programmes and activity that aligns to the Technology Alliances Sales and Marketing strategy. The role ultimately reports into the Head of Campaign Management.
Role Responsibilities
Advising on and planning strategic marketing campaigns and client relationship programmes across the firm’s growth priorities and programmes through an integrated multi-channel approach
Working collaboratively across the Business Aligned and Marketing Capability teams (Content, Digital marketing and Brand) where applicable to deliver best-in-class integrated campaigns
Line management responsibility for Campaign Managers
Advising on the development of clear customer journeys to underpin campaign activation
Translating the creative vision of the business into campaigns
Monitoring and optimising campaign performance, using marketing automation where relevant
Developing strong expertise in all aspects of Marketing Cloud and implementing best practice.
Reporting, data management and insights on campaign performance
Project managing innovative, market leading client campaigns across all of our platforms and channels
Ensuring that marketing and brand compliance policies and procedures are followed at all times
Exceptional budget management to ensure all investment is fully utilised
Briefing and management of agencies aligned to supporting the delivery of campaigns and wider marketing activity
Role Requirements
We are looking for an experienced marketer who is used to juggling lots of moving parts and high performing teams, delivering impactful marketing activity/campaigns to time and to budget. The individual will need the following skills:
Marketing background essential, with solid experience of leading and developing and delivering multi channel campaigns and Programmes alongside experience of measuring and analysing data to build a picture of performance and ROI
Excellent communication skills and a great team player
Highly organised individual, strong attention to detail and importantly with proven project management skills
Experience of leading, managing and delivering integrated campaigns (this role would work with in-house creative, content and digital marketing teams and external agencies to execute where appropriate)
They will need to hit the ground running and proven experience is essential to be successful in this role
Good understanding of how to bring creative ideas and the right channel mix together to reach a target audience
Commercially strong, offering insight into how to create lead generating B2B campaigns
