Job Description
Alexander McQueen are in search of a Team Assistant to join the House and be based in our Central HQ.
This role will be well suited to a proactive and considered individual with experience supporting a busy office or one on one support, paired with an aspiration to develop within their career. The role will be one of two Team Assistant roles that will report to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and together will support the Executive Leadership team across Alexander McQueen UK.
How you will contribute?
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO on all required daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Supporting across Leadership members with tasks which may relate to diary management, setting up meetings, team holiday, travel requests including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, transfers, restaurants and activities
  • Processing of expenses on behalf of the Leadership team and approvals or expenses and invoices
  • Setting up regular departmental team meetings and specific meetings as required
  • Supporting with requests from Leadership which might relate to pulling together and or reviewing reports, decks and agendas for meetings
  • Ensuring office is well stocked with refreshments and the wellbeing of team is considered
  • Planning, organising and researching catering / venues for internal team meetings / events
  • Ensuring stationery and supplies are well stocked and regularly organised
  • Covering team members as and when required
  • Assistance to the wider team when needed
Who you are?
  • Previous experience in an administrative/support function, responsible for prioritising and multi-tasking various and competing demands
  • Highly organised with a calm, kind and caring demeanour
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels (face to face, by email and telephone)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, professional and punctual
  • A passion and or understanding of the creative field
  • Diligent and trustworthy acting with a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Fluency in English with exceptional writing skills
  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Acrobat
