As an Aircraft Cleaning Operative, you will be joining our team working on aircraft in between flights. Delivering high-performance standards, you will be trained to specialise in aircraft cleaning processes. You will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and take pride in your work. You will be expected to adhere to our safe working practices and will have to protect the health, safety and security of yourself, colleagues and others at the forefront of everything you do.
Main accountabilities include:
- Cleaning of aircraft interiors, including deep cleaning, turnaround cleaning and intermediate cleaning.
- Work as part of a team with good time keeping, taking instruction and feedback to complete an aircraft presentation clean.
- Loading and unloading of blankets pillows to/from aircraft.
- Management of stock and make up of aircraft kits.
- Completing necessary paperwork.
- Crew room, office and vehicle cleaning as requested.
- Any other duties relating to aircraft turnaround according to business needs.
- Ensuring the safe operation of equipment and vehicles necessary to complete your work.

Qualifications and Experience
- Motivated and enthusiastic to work hard and achieve high standards.
- Physically fit. (For drivers, undergo a medical).
- Ability to read and write and have a good understanding of English and IT literate. (eLearning to complete)
- Ability to work to time deadlines and follow instructions and training.
- Must be reliable.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to work well with a diverse work force, communicate respectfully.
Role requirements
- Good verbal communication skills
- A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history
- Proof of Right To Work in the UK
- Full and valid UK Driving Licence desirable – not essential
- Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance (we will assist in this process)

- Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
- Engage with MORSE and follow our code principles.
