What you’ll be doing?
You’ll take day to day responsibility for The Bovey Shop which sells a selection of gifts, children’s toys and games, books and outdoor attire. Designer brands stocked at Bovey Castle boutique shopping outlet include Dubarry of Ireland footwear, clothing and accessories, Aquarapid swimwear, Jellycat and Toasted Crumpet and a wide range of children’s toys.
You will be delivering a warm welcome to all guests that come into the shop, sharing your product knowledge and making recommendations to deliver that all important customer service.
You will be responsible for monitoring and ordering stocks and merchandising so that the shop always looks ‘guest ready’ and demonstrates our fabulous range of stock.
What you’ll need?
- To be a real people person with exceptional skills and ability to build rapport;
- A good eye for detail, with a passion to ensure the Bovey Shop always looks its best;
- The ability to manage stock, including monitoring of stocks levels, rotation and ordering;
- Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable, although most important will be your ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
