Exciting Brand Ambassador role! (Field Based)
We are looking for personable, enthusiastic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to be directly responsible for driving brand awareness and delivering sales within Worthing and surrounding areas by engaging with potential customers at their premises and at local events. You will also be driven by selling a service that is new, exciting and unlike anything else on the market.
This is not any old door-to-door role; we do things differently; we have a product that genuinely sets us apart from the competition, but also a sales process that reflects our ethos of being customer-centric.
As a Brand Ambassador your key responsibilities will be:
- Self-motivated, confident individuals who enjoy a role that involves being out and about every day, interacting with customers face-to-face
- Someone who enjoys helping people and making a positive difference in the local community
- People that are driven by achieving targets and enjoy the challenge of bringing our product to life for customers
- Someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt your style where needed
- A person who can cope well under pressure and overcome customer objections
- Experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, target driven retail sales or lead generation as a field sales executive or field sales advisor will be advantageous in this role, but not essential
- A full driving licence would also be advantageous, but not essential.

In return, we offer a basic salary of £20-25K with Additional £10k OTE per year and as this is a permanent contract, we also offer fantastic training and development opportunities as well as the below:

You will predominantly work Monday – Friday but could also be required to work weekends on odd occasion.
