Part Time (3.5hrs/week) - Saturday (8.30am-12.00pm)

The Opportunity:

Assisting the Tregaron Depot team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a retail sales environment processing cash and credit transactions
  • Identifying and maximising sales opportunities through high levels of customer service and knowledge of the products
  • Building customer relationships, dealing with product related queries in a timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service for customers
  • Supporting colleagues with product knowledge and stock-related matters as part of promotional campaigns within the depot
  • Providing a first class service in a friendly, courteous and professional manner

The Person:

The successful person will:

  • Preferably have an agricultural background
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Professionally support customers’ needs
  • Preferably hold a RAMA qualification (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Be willing to learn and take on new challenges as part of the role
  • Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
