About the role
Farmsense currently have an exciting opportunity for a resilient and motivated individual to join our Sales Team covering the Welsh Territory.
The responsibility of the Area Sales Manager is to achieve or exceed their area’s sales plan.
This will be achieved by;
- Adopting the company’s philosophy of achieving sales based on building long term relationships with current and prospective customers. This will necessitate a patient but committed approach to following the Phase 1, 2 and 3 sales strategy.
- Developing sales based upon assessing customer needs, providing sound advice, establishing best practice and ensuring excellent product performance.
- Dual calling on farms with merchant sales reps (or alone) and developing on farm relationships with the decision makers, to help drive business into local merchants
The successful candidate will be expected to strategically work towards the company's objectives within a team that adopts a supportive culture, Naturally we provide a comprehensive 6 months worth of training via a dedicated mentor!
