What you’ll be doing
In the role you’ll contribute to the creation and development of a single operating model that embraces Agile best practices to drive high quality, frequent delivery of business outcomes at pace in collaboration with the wider CDO delivery teams, so that together we can create the best experiences that enhance both our customers’ lives and colleague experiences.
Together with your peers, and the Lead for Change and Adoption, you will lead the creation of key change artefacts and provide the overarching view of the change agenda and our evolving operating model for the next 2-5 years so that we have visibility of our challenges and opportunities, to help us address and capitalise on them together.
Experience you'll have
Strategic business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy (e.g., business KPIs, business cases), as well as optimising the software development and service lifecycle.
Transformation, change management and business readiness: Expertise in consulting, guiding, and providing assurance in the transformation space, including defining change strategy, planning, delivery, risk, and opportunity management as well as shaping operating models and adoption. Needs to be able to formulate new IT transformation and change management approaches.
Story-telling with data: Strong skills in building the case for change, sharing vision, and helping others shape their change journey.
