Executive Assistant
Bootle, Liverpool
21 Hours per week
£24,000 per annum, pro rata based on 35 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who combines a high level of attention to detail, with strong planning skills and commitment to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide first class administration support to our Senior Management Team.
We are looking for someone with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a team environment, but also has the ability to work on their own initiative and with a creative approach. You will have recent experience working within an administration role and possess a can-do approach and a positive attitude.
You will be a confident communicator, who can develop, establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent written skills and working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
This role can be worked flexibly across the week or for instance within a school day. We encourage applicants to share their desired work patterns, which can be further discussed at interview.
