Crosstown is a scratch bakery, hand making fresh sourdough doughnuts every day from our bakery in Battersea, London. An independent and progressive brand, we are driven by providing the very best experience for our customers through great service and delicious products.
We now have 27 locations across London, Cambridge, Oxford, and Brighton, and our retail team is imperative for carrying the core values of Crosstown and being able to convey these to our customers.
We are hiring an enthusiastic Store Leader/Manager for both Swingers (City and West End) locations. These are Crosstown concession stands within the Swingers mini-golf venues, serving a variety of desserts to guests at the venue.

Key responsibilities:
Flexibility is very important, and this role will require someone who’s looking for a position where their week will never look the same as the previous one. In this role you will:
· Manage the kiosks’ everyday operations, such as maintenance, staffing, financial performance, stock levels, and deliveries (this may involve working beyond contracted hours on occasion, including evenings and weekends).
· Maintain high standards in all elements of our business, including appearance and cleanliness, health and safety compliance, quality control, and so on.
· Assisting with the implementation of new products, menus, and pricing policies
· Maintaining great brand awareness while providing excellent customer service
· Handle purchase orders, stock deliveries, and quality control for all products sold in the store.
· Liaising with Swingers’ venue management to ensure that the day to day running of the Crosstown kiosks go smoothly. Ensuring all the pre-ordered desserts for Swingers’ guests are fulfilled.
A successful candidate must:
· Have a minimum 1 year management experience in retail
· Be honest, hardworking and have a focus on sales
· Be independent, confident, organised, and enthusiastic
· Love interacting with the public and sharing with them what makes Crosstown's product special. Confidence goes long way in this role!
· Be driven to hit targets and can encourage staff to sell products with creativity. You will report to Retail Management with feedback regarding sales and how customers purchase.
· Using training structures provided, be in charge of ensuring all staff are trained to an exceptional level and are confident in their roles.
· Have a passion for quality produce and great service. Be enthusiastic and able to generate a positive environment, which promotes a can-do attitude in your staff.
· Be the first point of contact for your staff on a broad range of matters and concerns.
