Opportunity at RRG Peugeot Rochdale – Aftersales Support Assistant
Due to continuous growth RRG Peugeot Rochdale now has an exciting opportunity for a Aftersales Support Assistant to join their team! We are seeking an experienced service advisor or similar within the automotive industry and is looking for a senior role with career progression and reduced working hours as this position is part time, working 3 to 4 days per week.
Main duties of the role will include meeting and greeting service customers, booking customer’s cars in for service/MOT, co-ordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre, customer enquiries. Also daily preparation of job cards, up selling, 24/48-hour pre calls, follow up on service customers and general administration tasks so we are seeking a candidate who is IT literate. We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. You must have previous experience in a similar role, be target orientated and be a team player. Additionally, the successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to use their own initiative.
