Job description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant, able to confidently communicate by phone and e-mail. The successful candidate must be competent using MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

The individual will be responsible for several administration tasks relating to our customers, records and systems and they must be able to work under pressure and be extremely well organised.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wigan: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 3 years (preferred)
