Whilst striving to deliver excellence in our working practice, we support clients in the end to end recruitment process.We are looking for talented Sales Specialist to work for our award-winning client in the Fintech and Payment Industry.ResponsibilitiesPresent, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses.Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate through their own technology or process hurdlesReach out to customer leads through different channelsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partnersExpedite the resolution of businesses problems and complaints to maximise satisfactionCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsSupply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesNegotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest to the customer and to company.Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets.Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process.Represent the company at international exhibitionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of sales experienceExperience in Finance,Fintech and Payment industries is highly desirableComplete knowledge of the trends and developments in the Sales industryExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsGood time management and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyOpen to travel for workJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person
