An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Aftersales Manager at SLM Suzuki Tunbridge Wells, which includes Vauxhall Authorised Repairer & Bosch Service Centre.

Description

We are looking for someone dynamic, customer focused, and performance driven to lead our multi-brand aftersales team at SLM Suzuki Tunbridge Wells!

As Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for managing our multi-brand workshop (Suzuki, Vauxhall and Bosch Car Services), leading the Aftersales support and workshop teams. You will be overseeing aftersales processes, planning and managing parts mix and stock levels, and handling the day-to-day operations of the service and parts department to achieve targets.

SLM Tunbridge Wells has recently taken on the Suzuki new car franchise, making it an exciting multi-brand aftersales opportunity, including Suzuki, incorporating a Bosch Car Service as well as continuing as a busy Vauxhall brand Authorised Repairer. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, experienced, and ready to make an impact from their first day!

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and innovative in their approach to working, as well as have good operational knowledge and experience working within a main dealer aftersales environment.

What we’re looking for in an Aftersales Manager:

  • Previous Aftersales Management experience is preferable
  • Ability to manage and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service/people skills, delivering services to high standards
  • Must have flexible ‘can do’ approach
  • Polite, calm and approachable personality
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems
  • Full UK driving licence.
