To make sure you can provide the expected level of service we deliver a world class programme of in house and external training provided by our brand partners such as Rolex, OMEGA and Breitling, as well the National Association of Jewellers, This will ensure you are truly product a expert.

About the role
- To ensure that Lunns standards are maintained throughout the store, with regard to both customer and administrative accounts.
- To achieve targets & operational standards.
- To undertake Lunns in-house training programme focusing specifically on selling, after sales and product knowledge.
- To develop skills and proficiencies to progress to the position of Jewellery Professional Service Department.
- Customer facing duties to include taking in and giving out of jewellery and watches to customers
- Advising clients on after-sales and maintenance queries
- Administrative Duties to include preparation and dispatch of items to suppliers and providing estimated for service work.
- Stringent quality control on all items passing through the department
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure that all deadline are met
- Delivering a quality and professional after sales service
- Any other general duties as required

Hours of Work
Currently our hours of work usually rotate around a rolling day off I.e. Week 1 - Mon Week 2- Tues Week 3- Wednesday etc. Therefore this will include the majority of Saturdays. Currently we do not operate in Queens Arcade on a Sunday or late nights except for peak trading times.
