Location: London, The Speechmark + (Hybrid Working*)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

As an Affiliate Specialist you will have a key role in supporting the Affiliate Lead and take on an integral role in driving performance through our core Vodafone products. The affiliate programme is a fast-growing acquisition marketing channel that is forecasted to continue to grow significantly and become one of the largest affiliate programmes in Europe. This role gives a fantastic opportunity to develop the future sales plan and own the responsibility of delivering the strategy for Digital growth. You will work with some of the biggest online partners in the UK as well continually scoping out future partners and growth areas. You will be focused on Vodafone UK & Umbrella brands; Home Broadband, Pay Monthly, Pay As You Go, TalkMobile and our Youth Mobile brand, VOXI.


Day to day accountabilities include:


  • Ownership of Affiliate channel strategy across core products.
  • Responsible for acquiring new Affiliates and actively launching new innovations across multiple segments.
  • Managing and influencing key stakeholders cross-functionally to bring new ideas to fruition
  • Optimising in year budget for in year targets including end-to-end business casing of new opportunities for in quarter trading.
  • Creating affiliate reports for weekly digital performance meeting.
  • Managing internal ad hoc affiliate related requests from the wider business/product segments.
  • Supporting the Affiliate Lead in developing and implementing the Vodafone affiliate strategy to deliver the sales and growth KPIs.

Who you are


The ideal candidate will have existing experience managing multi-level stakeholders with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, enabling them to build new partnerships, strengthen existing ones and continually motivate affiliates to perform better. They will ensure that our propositions are leveraged across the channel by keeping affiliates up to date on new products, price changes and offers, as well as identifying and implementing new and creative ideas to enhance the affiliate programme. It is important the candidate has a strong data driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of our affiliate marketing and continually optimise activity to achieve a strong return on investment.


In addition to this, we will look for:


  • Commercially minded with the ability to analyse and simplify complex data.
  • Must have demonstrated understanding of the underlying economic metrics involved in managing affiliate partnerships.
  • A keen problem solver with a proven track record of working to a very high standard under tight deadlines.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and support junior members for further development advancement.
  • Passionate about what you do; attentive and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and optimise performance.
