Job Description


The Affiliate Executive will work on performance partnerships across all territories, but in particular they will support focus markets. The role will be to execute activities in each region to maintain and expand a large network of partners active on third party networks, and to actively contribute to the direct management of a large portfolio of direct, strategic partners.

The role is primarily focused on UK, US, DE and FR, with understanding of the affiliate industry in the locales. The individual needs to be the expert for the local markets stated within the Affiliate team and the wider organisation.

What you'll be doing...

  • Brief, support and monitor activity on Affiliate Networks, including campaign planning, creative delivery process, promotional campaigns & all analysis / backend processes necessary to maintain & optimise all the activities
  • Direct account management & support in managing partners of various types (including Influencer Networks, Shopping Portals, Content Partners, Loyalty & Rewards programs, Incentive partners) with the goal of establishing long-lasting relationships & building a strong and effective network of directly managed partnerships
  • Cooperate and work jointly with local teams and other business units to ensure that local activities are fully executed and aligned with central objectives
  • Constantly monitor performance & run regular analysis to evaluate results in region(s) of responsibility with a view to presenting the outcome to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop test & learn strategies in order to optimise partner activity
  • Be an internal advocate of emerging trends, technologies and opportunities across Affiliates in the specified markets
  • Assist the team with central processes, such as validations and the raising/receipting of POs

Qualifications


We’d love to meet, someone with…

  • Experience in affiliates and partner marketing, preferably in affiliate networks or in global ecommerce organizations
  • Knowledge of the UK, US and EU partner marketing landscapes is a strong plus
  • Experience in operating in an international and multicultural environment
  • Keen interest in & understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape is desirable
  • A data driven approach with excellent analytical skills, strong Excel user
  • Proactive approach to delivering results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to understand & adapt to differences in geographies & cultures
