The role:
This is a home based role involving regular travel to clients. We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Sales Trainer to assist with supporting our London South East client base with a proven record of success to bring their energy and experience to join us.
As a company we specialise in providing high quality customer service, training and distribution to advanced medical aesthetic clinics throughout the UK and Ireland.
This role deserves a skin enthusiast who is a passionate educator. You will need a beauty qualification of at least NVQ3 with electrical and A&P or medical alternative and a teaching qualification.
Working with your colleagues you will utilise your course design and audience engagement skills to create and perform enthusiastic and confident training programmes. You will attend training events and travel to client locations to provide in-clinic training on the company’s range of products, hosting live and recorded webinars as well as holding training events at various venues. You will ensure that aesthetic practitioners of all levels receive clear, appropriate, and accurate guidance on the correct usage of products and devices, understand how to get the best treatment results and how to successfully incorporate our world leading treatments into their clinic menu.
There will be travel to clinics to train new staff members, and you will need to stay in contact with clients to ensure that they are following protocols and achieving everything we expect, providing excellent level of customer service and support. You will ensure that training courses are delivered successfully, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will need to perform product demonstrations and attend conferences and shows with the team, helping to answer technical questions from prospective clients. As an experienced aesthetic trainer you will analyse training procedures and improve methods where necessary, and you will report to senior management on your progress and client feedback. Skills and experience required to be considered for this role, it is essential that you are already a qualified and experienced aesthetic practitioner, with extensive experience of using aesthetic treatment for a range of applications. You will need to be a skilled communicator who can provide clear instruction and an excellent standard of customer service. You will also need to be proactive, organised and be prepared to travel when required.
Essentials:
- Recognised qualifications and extensive experience in aesthetic treatments
- Experience of training other clinicians
- Teaching qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint
- A valid driving license, as travelling is required
This is a full-time role with occasional trade shows and international travel which will involve limited weekend work. Knowledge of Microsoft office software and impeccable customer service skills with a confident, engaging telephone manner are crucial. This role is home based but will involve regular travel to clients, HQ and beyond.
The ability to be efficient, organised, smart and build rapport with our customers to offer the kind of high quality one on one support we are keen for our clients to experience is required. Creating webinars, writing PowerPoint presentations, giving keen attention to detail, writing protocols, class structures and very importantly working harmoniously with our other trainers and staff to keep our close-knit team happy, focussed and most importantly enjoying their roles is vital.
A confident up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic / medical industry as well as having an interest in all available brands, treatments and innovations is essential. Previous experience within a clinic environment will be a valuable advantage.
