Role Overview: Customer Sucess Manager

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager at eSIM Go, you will be working with brands such as Wizz Air, Sydney Airport, Easy Group and your primary focus will be to ensure our partners achieve their goals and drive maximum value from our eSIM solutions. You will be the trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, fostering strong relationships and guiding them through their entire journey with eSIM Go. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding and Adoption: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, providing product training, and ensuring a smooth integration of our eSIM technology into their digital channels. Monitor adoption and engagement to drive successful implementation.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish proactive communication channels to understand customers' evolving needs and challenges. Provide timely assistance, advice, and support to address their concerns effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders. Understand their objectives and align our solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Upselling and Cross Selling: Identify opportunities based on partners needs and usage patterns. Drive eSIM adoptiopnby showcasing the value of eSIM Go's services and the positive impact on their businesses.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for partner escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Feedback and Advocacy: Gather partner feedback and insights to provide valuable input to product and service enhancements. Advocate for partner needs within the organisation to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in customer success management, account management, or a related role in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer eSIM technology and its applications in different industries is desirable but not mandatory. A strong interest in telecommunications and emerging technologies is essential.
  • Good communicator: Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence to understand partner needs and deliver solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for ensuring partner success and going above and beyond to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to deliver a unified and positive customer experience.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
