They are looking for,

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting the clients and making sure they have a smooth client journey.
You’ll answer enquiries over the phone and via email and advise clients on treatments and services.
You will perform treatments to an excellent standard, take bookings and payments, and provide an excellent standard of customer care at all times.
The job role requires,
- A minimum of 2 years experience with a similar role. Minimum qualification of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills.
- An excellent communicator - both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficient in appointment management with accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding the implications of the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
Full Time or Part Time
Salary - From £10 per hour plus 5% commission on treatments and retail.
After completion of probation period - 50% off all treatments and 25% off all retail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
