Job Role- Casting Engineer
Location- Remote
Duration- Contract
Client- Aerospace domain
Note- Selected person needs to travel all across USA to supplier sites.
Mandatory Skills:-
· Domain knowledge of manufacturing processes machining processes involved in 5C components, drawing reading.
· Knowledge of process quality control parameters and techniques
· Ability to understand technical and commercial requirements for set-up of Casting shop to evaluate alternatives with Cost-benefit analysis
· Hands on experience on equipment / plant set-up related to casting shop.
· Product development design Concepts
· Knowledge of calculation of Casting parameters, Casting component casting equipment design.
· Familiar with software’s such as Uni-graphics, Auto-cad, Factory-CAD, Metal Flow Simulation (Not mandatory)
· Ability to effectively communicate specific requirements with suppliers and monitor the overall development process at supplier end
· Strategic Thinking Strong execution orientation and problem solving approach
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
