We are currently working on behalf of our client who are a leading business in the commercial sector. Due to recent growth, they are now looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their team. If you are looking for a new role, please apply immediately.
Monday-Friday Nightshift 8pm - 4am
Key responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from consumers and distributors
- Addressing customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing quality advice and information
- Resolving queries and keeping customers updated on the status of their enquiry
- Processing inbound promotional claims accurately and efficiently
- Making effective use of down time by assisting colleagues with other tasks
- Setting an example to the team with a positive and professional attitude, delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
- Fulfilling any other ad-hoc duties
We are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and attributes:
- Experience within a Customer Service environment (preferred, but not essential)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Outlook, Excel)
- A passion to go above and beyond for customers
- Self-motivated and a professional attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and highly motivated
