You will

The role requires a talented, enthusiastic and pro-active individual whose, principal accountability is event management and the identification, activation and management of new mico influencers and MUA talent.

  • Event Management: liaising with the DMI team on event approvals, event agency management, guest list
  • Developing strong relationships with influencers, Influencer agencies, MUA teams and agencies
  • Search & recruitment of new influencer and MUA profiles. Identifying new targets and working closely with influencer agencies
  • Generating social advocacy with influencers and MUAs through organic content and engagement
  • Alignment with DMI (Head Office) on Influencer approvals
  • Work alongside Senior Communications Manager to support VIP, MUA & Red carpet activations
  • Working alongside Digital Engagement Manager to support with Retailer events & content
  • Overseeing all aspects of creative mailer send outs (intern and agency management)
  • Support with ad hoc retailer eventing and media partnerships
  • Support on Retail Social Media content opportunities for key launches and retailers
  • Budget support and management of event budgets
  • Assist with monthly Advoacy reports, reviewing and hitting Activated Influencer & MUA targets
  • Supporting role in the syndication of product drops to media, influencers and retail social media contacts
  • Supporting with the organisation of O+O masterclasses with the DE Manager

As well as:

  • Ideally have a minimum of 4-6 years experience in a PR Agency or In-House PR Role
  • Experience: PR experience in a similar or associated sector
  • Third level graduate, with Post Graduate in PR /Communications would be beneficial but not mandatory.
