Payout Advisor
Oxford
Salary – upto £25,000 p.a. plus yearly bonus
Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) - hybrid working – working shifts

The Role
Payout Advisor at Oodle Car Finance.

We're looking for a Payout Advisor with a finance background to join a team of talented and social professionals. You will be supporting the Payout function of the loan process and ensuring a smooth journey for our customers.
The Payout team is a crucial part of Oodles Loan Processing department. We deliver a thorough and efficient service to our Dealer and Broker partners via effective teamwork with other operational departments.
What you'll be getting up to:
The role will cover the following but is not limited to:
Your day-to-day work will be a mix of verifying documentation and managing workflow, which may include:
- Checking and verifying all loan documentation received from customers is present, accurate, genuine and matches the details stored on the systems.
- Ensuring all required AML, KYC, Fraud, and car checks are satisfied prior to pay out.
- Prioritising daily payout workflow based on customer and business requirements.
- Liaising with customers on the phone and via email where necessary and effectively deal with any potentially sensitive financial issues.
Must have requirements:
- Knowledge of: Data Protection Act, Money Laundering Regulations, Credit Risk Policy.
- The ability to follow procedures and work within a regulated environment.
- The ability to ensure appropriate authorities and escalations are adhered to through processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- Good initiative, logical thinker, skilled at problem solving, curious and inquisitive.
- Strong team player who has a hunger to learn and evolve.
- Ability work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have requirements:
- Experience working within the finance industry preferable
- Prior experience in document verification
Experience is one thing, but potential is far more important so, even if you lack some of the skills listed, we still really want to hear from you.
Weekly shift patterns – Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm/10am to 6.30pm and 11.30pm to 8pm
Weekend shifts are Saturday 10-6pm and Sunday 10-4pm – you'll work 1 in every 3 weekends
