We’re looking for a fierce and friendly Marketing Advisor to join our diverse & vibrant team. Rümi is a bright new member of the ATCO family and operates 3 lines of business under the Rümi umbrella: Rümi Home Services, ATCO Energy and Blue Flame Kitchen.
This role focuses on driving customer engagement across all 3 lines of Rümi’s business, primarily via our email platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Unlike any business you’ve likely worked in, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage the strength of all three businesses simultaneously to provide additional value to our customers, including leveraging our more established ATCO Energy and Blue Flame Kitchen brands to bolster our young and upcoming Rümi Home Services portfolio.
On a daily basis, you’ll…
- Manage email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including building email templates and journeys, creating lists and forms, and managing email send schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working with designers and other marketing team members to develop email content and set-up key performance indicators.
- Oversee and build marketing customer segments using Salesforce Data Cloud, as well as review data quality.
- Build robust marketing automations that enhance the customer journey and increase brand loyalty.
- Create customer journey maps for all the customer engagement touchpoints, both current and desired future state (email, website, phone, chat, social media, mobile, apps, video, voice), where a lead, prospect, subscriber or customer would engage with the Rümi family of brands.
- Gather and document requirements to support the implementation of new tools, technologies and engagement strategies.
- Stay informed on and support managing digital marketing tools, including but not limited to: websites, CRM (Salesforce), project management (Wrike), email marketing and marketing automation (Marketing Cloud), analytics, and advertising (PPC, display, et al.)
- Participate in strategic marketing discussions and assist with tracking, reporting and analyzing the performance of marketing activities.
- Assist social media team in building, posting and monitoring of content across company channels.
- Support website team to update landing pages, website pop-ups and information forms.

What you have:
- Post-secondary degree in a related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience working in email and/or digital marketing
- Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience or equivalent experience with email marketing platform
- Social media and Adobe Experience Manager experience considered an asset
- Knowledge in data privacy laws i.e. CASL
- Excellent communication skills are critical. Both verbal and written communication skills will be essential in producing the results required for this role.
