Due to our continued growth, and the development of the Studios Division we are now looking for a Junior Digital Advertising Coordinator to join us. Working as part of the Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for liaising with ADI’s clients and advertising partners, coordinating the building of projects for ADI’s digiBOARD perimeter sports advertising system.

The post holder will play a pivotal role within the division, managing and scheduling digiBOARD content whilst ensuring that workflows are coordinated within the team and all deadlines are maintained.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in working in a pre-production or administration environment. A background in customer service and/or an office relayed role would be an advantage. You will be computer literate, with experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel & Word.

Ideally you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with high levels of attention to detail and the desire to work hard. Knowledge of a variety of sports and an interest in football would be beneficial. The ideal candidate would be interested in digital media, broadcasting, radio/TV/film production, but this is not essential.

Flexibility is important to us at ADI, due to the nature of the role and industry, the post holder will have the opportunity to be involved in a number of evenings and weekends in order to cover the live match day environment.
