About the Position:
Calling all experienced Admissions Officers….

Here at QAHE, we’re looking for a fabulous and experienced Admissions Officer to join our new team.
You’ll need to have great experience of working within the HE sector in Admissions and you’ll definitely need to be a people-person!

Key Responsibilities:

With the responsibility for assessing applications and validating documentation in line with various admissions processes, policies and government legislation for each of our respective university partners, you’ll also be doing all of the below:

  • Review incoming applications and measure suitability for academic course offerings against entry requirements
  • Ensure applications processed are compliant, within the agreed KPI’s and to the highest standard
  • Deliver the optimum consumer experience to potential candidates in a warm and professional manner
  • Clearly communicate admissions decisions to potential candidates and relevant parties
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Immigration and Student Loans Company legislation.

About You:

You must have experience of working within Higher Education Admissions, as you’ll need to hit the ground running, and we’d love you to be able to tick the following boxes, too:

  • An ability to work to multiple deadlines and set intakes
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
