Principal Resourcing are seeking to appoint a Head of Admissions & Marketing at one of our welcoming partnership Secondary School and Sixth-Forms based in Hull.
The full-time role will commence September 2023 and is expected to become permanent for the right candidate. You will work 5 days per week, 8.30am-4.30pm to meet the needs of the school.
The School are looking for a dynamic and professional Head of Admissions & Marketing. Reporting to the Head, this is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to oversee and lead all strategic aspects of the School’s admissions and marketing functions.
The appointed person will lead the Admissions and Marketing Department and support the admissions procedures at all points of entry, from the initial contact to pupil arrival, ensuring smooth management and administration in the most professional manner.
Ideal applicants will:
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Hold a professional marketing qualification CIM or similar (desirable).
- Have a proven record of general administrative excellence and be working in or have worked in Marketing/Admissions.
- Have an understanding of the independent school sector (advantageous).
- Have excellent communication skills, together with high levels of personal integrity.
- Have a polite and personable manner, an empathy and understanding of school-age children and their parents, a sense of humour and a positive outlook.
- Have the ability to analyse and interpret data with the intuition to recommend changes to strategies and practices accordingly.
