Job description
A rare vacancy has arisen for a General Manager to lead a team of distinguished hospitality enthusiasts in Marine Troon which reopened in June 2022 following a significant hotel refurbishment. Reporting into the Regional Director of Operations, you will have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experience, be a skilled developer of people and have expert ability to drive commercial performance.
As the leader of the business, you will have expert knowledge in the marketplace and will use this to drive sales across all key segments whilst maximising revenue and leveraging occupancy. You will live our brand values and ensure steps of service are delivered professionally and consistently. You will build and develop a high performing team that exceeds all key performance indicators, while creating a culture of inclusivity and fun.
What Are We Looking For?
- An experienced hotel General Manager with previous luxury experience and golf/spa experienced preferred
- An expert in driving commercial performance
- Imaginative in your approach to leadership and team development – you will be the leader and connector
- Ability to create seamless transitions and provide an outstanding experience for our guests
