An exciting opportunity for an energetic, confident and enthusiastic Admissions and Retail Supervisor has arisen at the Bournemouth Oceanarium. Reporting to the Admissions and Retail Manager, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate the admissions team. As well as ensuring that an excellent experience is delivered to all our visitors, the role will require support in the management and development of the department, maximizing all spend opportunities while providing a high quality service.
This is a full-time position and situated in a wonderfully scenic location along Bournemouth seafront. Candidates for the post must have experience of or supervising a ticketing or retail outlet or similar, with a high level of customer service and staff motivation.
The post requires Duty Management responsibility and weekend work.
This role is full-time permanent (40 hours per week) and based at The Oceanarium, Bournemouth, a prime location to work! With a salary of £24,750, company benefits and more!
