Retail Services Associate
Our Retail Services team are looking for a Retail Service Associate to join the team in the lobby. This role specialises in delivering customers with world class service as they collect their shopping, online orders and food parcels from the lobby.
This is a fulltime role based in the lobby at Harrods.
About The Role
This role allows you to interact with customers who are collecting their items from the lobby. It gives you the opportunity to ensure that customers are provided with a seamless experience from point of sale to pick-up. This role requires that standards in the lobby are clean, organised and ready for store opening.
In this role you shall be responsible for swift resolutions of customer queries, and liaising with the back of house team to ensure that items needing to be brought down to the lobby are done so efficiently.
About You
You will have a warm and friendly demeanour whilst being the face of Harrods. You will be organised and have excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders as well as our customers.
You will be able to build strong relationships with the team and have the ability to handle a wide range of customer queries with a positive outlook. You will also take pride in your appearance and maintain a level of professionalism.
You’ll also need:
- To have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- To seek opportunities to maintain customer loyalty and create memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of point of sale systems such as Enactor, Zendesk and STORM are beneficial
- To be a multitasker, ensuring that you can handle multiple responsibilities.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a calm and cool manner.
