Job summary:
Six Till Six is looking for an organised and self-motivated Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our small, friendly team. This role is vital for the smooth running of the business and has become available due to internal progression of our current administrator.
In order to be successful in this position you should have good attention to detail, be professional, personable and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are in a unique position to be flexible around the right person. If you are looking for a role that can fit around school hours, for example, this may well be the role for you.
This is a working from home opportunity, so you must be a self-starter and a quick learner, with the ability to work well without supervision, although full support and development will be provided. You do not need to be based in Nottingham. The salary offered is £21,000 - £22,500 pro rata (based on 40 hours per week), however the role will require 20-30 hours per week to be agreed with the successful candidate.
Duties:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting client and team communication and requests, responding to phone calls and emails, providing support and information where required.
- Database and calendar management, basic website updates.
- Preparing documents including office correspondence, presentations, etc.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings and training days (including online meetings), and associated requirements.
- Supporting members of the Six Till Six wider team to deliver projects for the company.
- Capturing actions at meetings & disseminating
- Maintaining general office files (mainly digital), including project files, supplier and customer documentation, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Support team members in researching and the collating of information.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong record keeping skills
- A keen attention to detail and positive attitude
- Ability to work without supervision
