Equans is looking for an: Administrator – Travel and Expenses, to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne on a permanent basis. This is a full time hybrid role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a Salary of £21,500 – £22,500pa dependent on skills and experience as well as a benefits package.

Key Accountabilities:
As a Purchasing Card & T&E Team Member you will have overall accountability for the delivery of day to day back office purchasing card administration, staff expense processing and travel administration activity. You will drive simplification and standardisation across these processes to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our service. You will champion the functional vision, mission and ambition and ‘live’ the SSC values.

What will you deliver?
Processing new card applications and managing administrative requests
Issue, audit and post transaction logs and process expense claims
Reconcile monthly statements and arrange payments
Enter manual claim forms into SAP
Respond to customer queries & emails
You will perform across your work streams in line with agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Other aspects of purchasing card and T&E support activity as required

Who are we looking for?
A proven history in Customer Service Delivery
High levels of interpersonal Skills and engagement
The ability to achieve deadlines and handle a high pressure environment
A desire to succeed and deliver against functional targets
A confident manner with a positive attitude, able to work under your own initiative
Be self motivated and adaptable to change
A working knowledge of SAP
