About The Role
- Response to alarm activations and faults.
- Respond positively to the ever-changing environment within the network, considering ways to support and assist sites with changes.
- Liaising with Compliance department about new business initiatives
- Maintain awareness of Corporate Security threats and minimise the likelihood of occurrence, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the client’s Global Procedures .
- To continue to improve working knowledge of all protective security systems and processes, including incident management and embracing changes to processes and priorities.
- The job holder is responsible for providing advice and guidance on security procedures, overseeing false alarm activations and acting as the first line of response to various types of incidents involving criminal activity against staff, premises and assets.
- Be smart and well presented at all times.
- Have previous experience in the security industry, ideally in a receptionist or front of house role
- Be polite, helpful and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have excellent time management
- Be able to provide the highest standard in customer service
- Have previous experience in the customer service / security industry
- Be flexible and reliable to meet the role requirements
- Be able to work in a technical, fast moving and challenging environment
- Be proficient in the use of software applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.
- Be able to work without supervision and also as a member of a team
- Have a full five-year checkable work history and current valid passport
