*Pinewood Electronics Ltd * *Job Description * *Sales Support Administrator * Established in 1983, Pinewood Electronics is a small but dynamic independent electronic component distributor, based in Stansted, Essex. We use a global network of suppliers to source and supply components into our customers across a wide variety of industries The position open is for a junior member of staff to assist the sales team in the day to day operation of a busy sales office. The candidate will learn how the company operates with a view to move into a sales/account manager role once sufficient knowledge and experience has been obtained, moving onto an un- capped performance based pay package. Responsibilities: * Entering orders and data onto the computer system * Picking and checking stock * Answering the phone * General administrative support * Assisting warehouse staff if needed It is a permanent, full time role based in our office in Stansted Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (5pm Fridays) with an hour lunch 21 days holiday, increasing 1 day per year up to 25 days Candidate requirements: Essential * Computer literate – Particularly Excel * Good organisation and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Friendly attitude and comfortable talking to customers Desirable * Ability to be flexible and think on your feet * Chatty, personable and charismatic * Drive to achieve Starting salary is negotiable, dependant on experience
